She has also completed courses in Dolphin Neurostim Micropoint Stimulation Therapy, Advanced Auricular Stimulation Therapy, and Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury, among others, showcasing her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
The studio offers a range of services, including private Pilates sessions tailored to individual needs and training goals, physiotherapy assistance based on recommendations from physiotherapists for rehabilitation and injury prevention, Neurokinetic Therapy that combines motor control theory and manual muscle testing, and Micropoint Stimulation Therapy for treating chronic and acute soft tissue pain and scars. The Dolphin Neurostim Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) used in this therapy is Health Canada approved and effectively deregulates the Autonomic Nervous System to fight chronic pain.
