Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex is a leisure centre located in Uxbridge, New Zealand. Following recent investments, the complex has been revamped, offering state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of activities for all fitness levels and interests.

The complex boasts a modern and spacious gym spread across two floors. The gym is equipped with almost 90 pieces of Technogym equipment, including cardio machines, strength training equipment, resistance machines, and functional training zones. There is also a dedicated stretch area for post-workout relaxation and recovery.

For swimming enthusiasts, the complex offers a 50-metre indoor main pool, a teaching pool for the Better Swim School programme catering to all ages and abilities, and a leisure pool for water fun. Additionally, from May to October, there is a 50-metre outdoor lido available for outdoor swimming. Visitors can also enjoy a sauna and steam room by the poolside for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The sports hall caters to various activities such as badminton, basketball, and football. It also doubles as a soft play area for children aged 8 and under on Sundays and Tuesdays. The first-floor caf serves hot and cold drinks and snacks for spectators and participants.

The complex also features an 11-a-side 3G pitch available for hire and an athletics track with floodlights. The athletics track includes facilities such as long jump and triple jump pits, high jump, pole vault, and hammer and discus throwing cage. There is also a grandstand for spectators.
