Grandmaster Raymond MK Choy and his team at the Hillingdon School of Tae kwon do in Uxbridge invite you to join their prestigious martial arts school, established on 1st March 1988. Under their expert guidance, students of all backgrounds learn Tae kwon do in the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) format.
This powerful form of self-defence, founded by Grand Master General Choi Hong Hi in 1955, offers comprehensive training in techniques, forms, sparring, and self-defence skills. Students progress through a system of belts, from white to black, with periodic assessments to help them reach their full potential.
