The Lido is split into 3 or 4 lanes, each marked as fast, medium, or slow, allowing swimmers to choose their own pace. These sessions are open to customers over 16 years old or club standard swimmers and should be booked in advance to ensure availability.
For those looking for a low-impact workout, Outdoor Aqua Aerobics classes are available during the summer months.
