Tim's at it again, making waves in the fitness community with High Street Fitness and Wellness, smack dab in the heart of Pontypool. He’s turned an old spot on the high street into a buzzing, state-of-the-art fitness hub that’s all about affordable wellness.

Tim’s teamed up with local businesses, sharing the love for fitness and eco-friendly habits. Thanks to these partnerships, members can dive into training, grab qualifications, volunteer, and even get support for mental health. The hard work’s paid off too – they snagged the Welsh Gym of The Year and Welsh Fitness Champions titles in 2022, along with TCVA Business of The Year.

The crew at High Street Fitness is big on sustainability. They’re always looking to cut down their carbon footprint with eco-friendly moves. Being a not-for-profit, Tim and the gang are all about boosting the community’s health and wellbeing.
