One of the classes we offer is Yoga & Ground Flow. This class focuses on Wicked Yoga flows and animal movements, which help to improve mobility, stability, and strength. It is suitable for complete beginners and the elderly, as well as individuals who are starting their journey towards strength and health. If you have old injuries that have healed but still affect your overall strength, this class is perfect for you.
For those seeking a greater challenge, we offer Strength & Conditioning classes. These classes are designed for individuals with intermediate to advanced fitness levels. In these classes, we cover movements like chin-ups, pull-ups, handstands, and kettlebell exercises to build strength and ground conditioning from Satria Fighting Arts. Expect to challenge yourself and push your limits!
If you're interested in martial arts, we also offer Satria Fighting Arts classes. This is a complete martial art system with a structured syllabus, focused on self-defence. The bela diri (self-defence) techniques taught in this class are highly effective and dynamic. The class also incorporates slow and playful exercises to help with physical and holistic well-being.
Practising Satria Fighting Arts not only strengthens your body but also teaches you how to heal yourself and prevent injuries using unique yoga techniques.
We also have classes specifically designed for kids. For ages 4-6, we offer the Highland Warrior Kids class, where they can participate in fun movements from Satria Fighting Arts, improving focus, control, coordination, and overall fitness. Ages 7-12 can continue their play and movements in this class, with additional elements from gymnastics and movement-based practises, providing a beneficial transfer to other sports.
Our class timetable offers a variety of options throughout the week. From Satria Yoga & Movement on Mondays, to Satria Fighting Arts on Tuesdays, and Strength & Movement on Wednesdays, there's a class to fit everyone's schedule. We also have youth strength classes for ages 14-21 on Thursdays and Highland Warrior Kids classes on Fridays. On Saturdays, we offer a Strength & Conditioning class to help you achieve your fitness goals.
In addition to classes, we also provide personal training sessions for individuals looking to transform their bodies and improve their overall fitness. Our professional coaches are dedicated to helping you rid yourself of unwanted fat and weakness while providing guidance and support.
