Highfields Aquatic and Fitness Centre is a facility located just outside of Toowoomba City in Highfields, Queensland. Established in 1995, the centre initially housed a 25m pool and a toddlers pool with a slide and beach entry. Over the years, the facility has expanded to include additional amenities such as a sports hall, kiosk, group fitness room, and gym.

The star attractions of Highfields Aquatic and Fitness Centre are the swimming pools. The centre features a 25 metre heated outdoor lap pool, a heated children's wading pool, and a thrilling water slide for toddlers. These pools are open seasonally, from the first weekend of September School Holidays to the last weekend of Easter School Holidays. For those interested in accessing the health club, a separate entry fee of $16 for adults and $13 for concessions applies. Gym and group fitness passes are also available, ranging from $110 to $320. Swim visit passes are offered for adults, concessions, and children, with prices ranging from $42. 50 to $120.
