Please contact us for more information and pricing. Safety is our top priority. All riders are required to wear helmets, which we provide. We also provide riding boots and rain jackets if needed.
We recommend riders to wear comfortable pants and bring sunscreen and water. Age restrictions apply for certain trips, please inquire when booking. Bookings and payment are essential. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your ride. We accept cash and bank transfer payments. CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your ride, please let us know as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees will apply: - Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the ride: Full refund – Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the ride: No refund, however, we will try our best to reschedule your ride to another available date. If we are unable to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
