Throughout its history, Heswall FC has had its fair share of successes. They have won the Division Two of the West Cheshire Association Football League once, in the 1906-07 season. The club made appearances in the FA Vase three times, reaching as far as the 3rd round on two occasions. In recent years, they have also won the Division One of the West Cheshire League twice, in the 2004-05 and 2012–13 seasons.
