Conscious Connections is excited to announce the upcoming Tai Chi event called the Hestercombe Chi Gung Group. This is a great opportunity for Tai Chi enthusiasts to delve into a specific theme over a course of six or seven weeks.
The classes will be held at the Memorial Hall in Cheddon Fitzpaine, Taunton, starting at 10:30 am on Wednesday mornings. Each session will run for 90 minutes, providing a thorough and immersive experience for participants. The cost per class is £5 when paid in advance for the full duration of the course.
It's important to note that these classes are designed for individuals who already have some experience with Tai Chi and are not suitable for complete beginners.
