Our training centre in Welwyn Garden City is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. We have 8 Aerial Yoga Hammocks, 8 Competition X-POLES, 8 Aerial Hoops, 8 Aerial Silks, 4 trapeze, and various flexibility toys. We prioritise safety and have plenty of safety mats in place. The centre features mood lighting and disco lights to create an enjoyable and energetic ambiance.
We aim to make HD&F a second home for our students. We want everyone to feel comfortable, supported, and part of our community. Our centre has recently been fully refurbished and occupies the first floor with ample natural light.
At HD&F, we offer both Monthly Memberships and Drop-in options to accommodate different preferences and schedules. In addition to regular classes, we also organise special workshops and sessions for a more intensive learning experience.
