Environment. We aim to provide a safe and friendly atmosphere where individuals of all ages can learn and develop their martial arts skills.

At HKC, we offer a range of classes for different age groups and levels of experience. Our Pre-Karate classes are designed for children aged 4–6 years old and focus on building basic motor skills, coordination, and discipline. Our Little Dragons classes are for children aged 7–14 years old and aim to improve confidence, self-esteem, self-worth, and resilience. We also offer karate classes for teenagers and adults, providing a challenging and rewarding workout experience.

In addition to traditional martial arts training, HKC also incorporates fitness training and self-defence techniques into our classes. We focus on developing and enhancing stamina, confidence, strength, coordination, agility, flexibility, balance, and power. Our high-energy workouts are designed to push individuals to their limits and help them achieve their fitness goals.

A key aspect of our club is the emphasis on discipline, determination, and dedication. We believe these values are essential for success in martial arts, as well as in life. We strive to instil these qualities in younger children, helping them develop important life skills that will benefit them both on and off the mat.

HKC is proud to be a member of the British Martial Arts & Boxing Association (BMABA), ensuring that our club operates at the highest standards of professionalism and safety. Our instructors have enhanced CRB clearance, safeguarding children certificates, and emergency and basic first aid training. We also have public liability and member-to-member insurance in place for the protection of our members.

Classes are held at various locations including Wood End School, Roundwood Park School, and Cunningham Hill School. Members have access to an online login area where they can access forms and other club-related information.
