Hertford Cycle Hub is a not-for-profit organisation located in Hertford, East Hertfordshire District. Their primary goal is to encourage more people to cycle more often by providing active travel opportunities. The programme includes one-hour sessions for eight child/carer pairs, where stabilisers should be removed from the children's bikes before the start of the course. Parents/carers play an active role in helping their child learn to cycle. Additionally, they offer Bikeability Level 1 and Level 2 courses for children aged 7 and above.

These courses focus on improving bike handling, signalling, and road safety skills.
