Led by our experienced and qualified physiotherapist, Gemma, who has nearly 20 years of experience within the NHS and a specialisation in women's health and musculoskeletal issues, Her Physio combines the best of physiotherapy and Pilates to provide comprehensive care. Gemma is also a Pilates instructor with 16 years of experience, ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance in improving their pelvic health, mobility, strength, and overall fitness.
As a mother herself, Gemma understands firsthand the impact that childbirth can have on the body, as well as the importance of getting back to enjoying the activities you love with your energetic young family. With her knowledge and expertise, Gemma is dedicated to breaking down barriers and empowering women to overcome any postnatal issues and achieve their health and wellness goals.
