Helen McGreary, the lead dance tutor, has an impressive 18 years of experience teaching dance to individuals and groups of all ages, from young children to elders. She is highly skilled in various dance styles, including Zumba, Salsa, Hip hop, Burlesque, Dance-fit, Bollywood, African, and Afro-Brazilian dance.

The school offers weekly classes in Bangor and Menai Bridge, as well as private lessons, including wedding first dances. Performances and dance-alongs are also available for parties, featuring various dance styles such as Charleston and Klezma dance.

One of the most popular classes at Helen McGreary Dance Tutor is the weekly Zumba class, held every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5. 45pm to 6. 45pm. Open to all, this class combines great music with easy routines in styles such as hip hop, Bollywood, African dance, salsa, jive, and more.

No matter your age or ability, you are welcome to join the class. The cost is 6 per class, and no pre-registration is required. The Monday class takes place at Telford Centre, opposite Waitrose, in Menai Bridge, while the Wednesday and Thursday classes are held at Academi Nightclub on Deiniol Rd in Bangor.

This 3-week course takes place on Tuesdays from 5pm to 6pm, starting on November 15th, at Academi Nightclub in Bangor.
