Welcome to Helen B Pilates, located in Kington, North Herefordshire. Helen B Pilates offers classes in local community halls, as well as in a beautiful garden studio and through live online sessions in our members-only group. Helen's goal is to help everyone move more and move better through the practise of Pilates, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.
At Helen B Pilates, we focus on improving strength through core work. Pilates emphasises reconnecting the mind with the centre, building a strong core that is essential for reducing back and hip pain, improving pelvic floor function, and generating powerful movements from what is known as “the powerhouse.
