Welcome to HelenBack Fitness, a top fitness centre in Kuluin, Australia. Founded by Helen, a passionate fitness enthusiast and certified movement restoration coach, HelenBack Fitness aims to build strength and confidence in women through movement.
Helen's fitness journey began in 2001 when she was an overweight and depressed new mum. Over the next two years, she lost nearly 20 kg and greatly improved her mental health. Inspired by her own transformation, Helen decided to dedicate herself to helping others make positive changes in their lives.
With over 18 years of experience, Helen has challenged her body and explored various forms of movement. She discovered Karate and spent many years studying her body and how it moved to become the best Karateka she could be. Her training in the gym was always focused on improving her Karate skills, whether it was for competitions, gradings, or regular training sessions.
As she grows older, Helen's passion for movement has expanded into the realm of rehab and movement restoration. She has trained extensively as a movement restoration coach and rehab trainer, combining her knowledge from years of Karate, studying the human form, and her expertise in exercise and functional movement. Her goal is to assist people in reaching their fitness goals, gaining strength, and age-proofing their bodies.
At HelenBack Fitness, the emphasis is on creating stronger, happier, and healthier women who can go out into their lives and be the best version of themselves.
