Heena Mehta's journey in Kathak began with a decade of rigorous training in Nasik under Smt. Rekha Nadgoda, a disciple of the legendary Natraj Gopikrishnan. Currently, she continues to hone her craft under the tutelage of Smt. Madhvi Jhala in Ahmedabad, while regularly attending workshops conducted by the iconic Pt. Birju Maharaj. This continuous learning and evolution reflect Heena's commitment to staying at the forefront of the art form.
