Heathrow Aerobic Gymnastics, located in Green Lane, Hounslow, is where gymnasts come to unleash their potential! Established in 1996, Gary and his crew have been all about dance, action, agility, flexibility, strength, and power – the whole shebang of aerobic gymnastics.
Guess what’s the talk of the town? The annual Aerobic Gymnastics International Club Championships from 24th to 26th May 2024. This one's a serious showdown with gymnasts flying in from every corner of the globe. It’s a chance to shine, learn, and maybe even snag some top honours!
Gary’s got you covered with classes for every skill level. Check this out: Mondays kick off with an advanced class at 17:30, followed by squad training at 19:30. Beginners, hit the mats on Tuesday and Wednesday at 18:00. There’s more squad action on Wednesday and Saturdays for the early risers. Sundays? Perfect for squad sessions from 13:30.
