Heanor Kickboxing

Neil Fletcher, the dedicated instructor at Heanor Kickboxing, invites sports enthusiasts to join their kickboxing programme in Heanor, Derbyshire. Offering classes every Tuesday from 8pm to 9pm, Heanor Kickboxing caters to both adults and juniors in a mixed setting.

Heanor Kickboxing focuses on enhancing fitness, building confidence, improving self-discipline, and increasing flexibility. Under the guidance of black belt qualified instructors, students gain access to top-notch self-defence techniques and cardiovascular training. Safety is paramount, with all instructors undergoing enhanced DBS checks and the school holding full insurance.

New members are welcomed with a free trial class and the first month's training at no cost. Upon joining, students receive a full uniform, promoting a professional look during sessions. The school prides itself on its friendly and supportive environment, encouraging participation from individuals aged 7 and up, with no upper age limit.

Heanor Kickboxing offers discounted family memberships for those who prefer training together. Initial sessions require loose, comfortable clothing, but committed members are provided with a full training uniform. Rejecting boot camp tactics, Neil ensures a motivating environment where students develop at their own pace, free from undue pressure.

Safety gear is recommended even for light techniques to prevent injuries, and optional tournaments with affiliated clubs are organised for those interested.
