Welcome to Healthy Balanced Generation, a fitness centre located at Oriel High School in Maidenbower and Ifield Community College in Crawley. Our gym offers a friendly and welcoming environment for all our members. Our fitness suites are fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment that is simple, safe, and fun to use. Whether it's hot or cold outside, you can work out in temperature-controlled comfort all year round. Our centres are designed to provide a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that is perfectly tailored to support you on your journey to health, fitness, and vitality.
In addition to our fitness suites, we offer a wide range of exercise classes. These classes provide the perfect balance of socialising, getting fit, and having fun. We are always updating our group exercise programme to bring you the latest trends and the classes that our members love most. We also have facilities for racket sports, including badminton and table tennis, as well as outdoor tennis courts for those who prefer to play in good weather.
When it comes to changing facilities, we have Male, Female, and Disabled changing rooms at both sites. These facilities are spacious, clean, and tidy, with multiple hot showers available. Lockers are also provided for you to store your belongings while you focus on your health and fitness journey.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, we have Astro Turf pitches at both sites. These full-size 3G pitches offer a wide range of activities, including 5-a-side football, 11-a-side football, and even rugby. The pitch is also surrounded by floodlights, allowing for bookings at any time. We offer great reductions for junior bookings on the pitches as well.
If you are interested in visiting us, our Maidenbower location can be found at Oriel High School on Maidenbower Lane. Our Ifield location is situated at Ifield Community College on Crawley Avenue. We are open from Monday to Friday, with extended hours until 10:00 pm, and on weekends from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.
