The classes take place at Toowoon Bay Surf Life Saving Club, located at 160 Bay Rd, Toowoon Bay NSW 2261. Central Coast Exercise offers classes throughout the week, from Monday to Friday, with multiple time options available. To get started, book a 1-1 initial assessment, which is a 45-minute private consultation at a cost of $80. During the assessment, the experienced instructors at Central Coast Exercise will discuss specific goals, fitness background, and medical history. Core strength, posture, breathing, and some movements performed in the class will also be explained and demonstrated. After the assessment, the instructors will recommend the best classes and pricing structure for each participant.
All participants need to bring is themselves, a towel for their mat, and a bottle of water. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement is recommended. Central Coast Exercise provides all the necessary equipment, including mats, but participants are welcome to bring their own if preferred.
