Welcome to Healthglo Fitness & Leisure Centre, located in Park Grove. With over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry, Healthglo is a locally owned and operated club dedicated to providing a top-notch facility and service to the wider community. Our goal is to fulfil the fitness needs of individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

Since its establishment in 1969, Healthglo has evolved and expanded to become the premier fitness centre in the area. Our facility boasts a wide range of amenities and services including an indoor pool, group fitness studio, cycle studio, functional training studio, dance studio, circuit, cardio and weight training zones. We also have a comprehensive group exercise programme, supported by our “Wexer” virtual group exercise programme system. Additionally, we offer our very own Healthglo ONDEMAND web player, allowing members to workout anytime, anywhere on any device.

At Healthglo, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our members. All our staff are first aid trained, and we have an onsite AED for any emergency situation. Our team consists of experienced and certified fitness industry professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Our fitness centre prides itself on providing a clean and private environment for all its members. We offer a variety of classes suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. From beginners to advanced athletes, everyone can find a class that suits their needs and preferences.

We understand that cost can be a factor in choosing a fitness centre, which is why we offer affordable pricing options. Our popular flexi-pay membership plan does not require a long-term contract, although a minimum 3-month commitment is needed. We believe that fitness should be accessible to all, and thus strive to provide the best equipment and facilities to our members.

For those with young children, Healthglo offers child minding services, available Monday to Friday from 9:15am to 11:30am. Booking is essential to ensure your child's spot is secured.

We also provide resources to help members track their progress and stay informed about their health. Our Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator can help individuals assess their body fat based on their height and weight. We offer personalised programming to cater to the unique fitness goals of each individual.

Located at 8 Uplands Place, Burnie, 7320, Healthglo Fitness & Leisure Centre is open seven days a week. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:30 am to 9:00 pm, Friday from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
