There's no experience at all required and it's 100% beginner friendly, with slow moves that are easy to follow.

Can I do Qigong if I prefer sitting down?

Yes, the moves can be done sat down in a chair or standing up.

Are you currently running regular classes in Cambridge?

I'm officially on maternity leave, and I may consider a one off event or class, but not until April at least.
