Headley Cricket Club is excited to announce the launch of Headley Hens, a soft ball cricket section specifically designed for women in the Headley/Bordon area. Whether you're a seasoned player looking for a new challenge or a complete newbie wanting to try something fun and active, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
The program kicked off with a bang on Sunday 23rd April at BOSC, where the Hants Cricket Board provided excellent coaching for all participants. Our very own HCC coaches were there to support and guide the players throughout the day, ensuring a fantastic experience for everyone involved.
If you're keen to join, weekly training sessions are held every Monday at 1800 at BOSC. It's a great chance to brush up on your skills, learn new techniques, and bond with fellow cricket enthusiasts. Trust us, the camaraderie in the club is something truly special!
But wait, it doesn't end there! We've lined up some exciting matches for the Headley Hens. Starting from 20th June, we'll be taking on the fabulous Liphook Ladies in a friendly match. Then, mark your calendars for 6th August, because Headley Playing Fields will be hosting a match as part of President's Day. Get ready to showcase your talent and have a blast!
