Vida Tennis Kew is thrilled to announce our upcoming local Tennis event, Head Start Hot Shots! This exciting program, specifically designed for children aged 3 to 5, is geared towards nurturing fundamental perceptual motor skills, which are vital for both sports and overall child development.
Our aim with Head Start Hot Shots is to ignite a love for sport, health, and fitness in each and every student through purposeful play experiences. By incorporating various activities that not only focus on fundamental perceptual motor skills but also integrate the game of tennis, we provide our young participants with a seamless transition into the next stages of their My Vida Journey program.
Head Start Hot Shots is divided into four levels, each centred around key developmental areas. As children progress through the program and successfully achieve the initial objectives in each developmental area, they will be awarded a 1/4 certificate as a testament to their growth and achievements.
We firmly believe that by guiding children on this journey, they will not only master their fundamental perceptual motor skills but also thrive in their overall physical and cognitive development. And when they complete the program, they will proudly receive their FULL Head Start certificate, a true testament to their hard work and commitment.
