The Principal of Hazlemere School of Dancing is Vicky Brown, who has an extensive background in dance education. Vicky attended Hazlemere School of Dancing as a child and went on to study Dance Studies with Arts & Cultural Management at the University of Chester. She further trained at the Lynne Chilver School of Dance to complete her IDTA dance teaching qualifications. Vicky has worked at various dance schools, teaching Ballet, Tap, Modern, Freestyle, and Street Dance.
Additionally, she has been involved in dance education at primary and secondary schools in Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.
In addition to her work at Hazlemere School of Dancing, Vicky also arranges dance workshops, after-school clubs, and training sessions in both GCSE Dance and BTEC Dance at various schools in the area. She is passionate about making dance accessible and enjoyable for everyone, including special needs students, and has been involved in organising the annual 'SEND Dance Festival' in partnership with South Bucks Sports Partnership and Sir William Ramsey School.
