Ready to up your game? The “Dynamic Reformer” class is the star attraction, offering a tough workout on high-end Balanced Body machines. This class focuses on core strength, balance, and flexibility. It's a great way to boost your coordination and endurance while getting a full-body workout.

Both of Hayley’s studios, SE7EN SOUTH on Lisburn Road and SE7EN EAST in Kings Square, are kitted out with top-notch equipment. Just remember, all classes need to be prepaid, and there’s a 12-hour cancellation policy. Arrive a bit early as latecomers are not allowed, and note, purchases are non-refundable.
