Hastings Baby Swim is an exciting weekly event tailored exclusively for babies up to 4 years old. Nestled in the picturesque Covehurst Bay Holiday Cottages in the heart of Hastings, this swim club is the brainchild of Chris, the proud owner of these cosy cottages. With a pool heated to a delightful 32 °C, little ones can experience the joy of swimming in warm and soothing waters.
Lasting for a blissful 2 hours, this event promises an hour of aquatic fun, followed by an hour of playtime complete with an array of toys. And did we mention the free drinks and snacks? Yes, Hastings Baby Swim has that covered too!
Flexibility is the name of the game here, as the event offers 6 different start times to choose from: 9am, 10am, 11am, 12noon, 1pm, and 2pm. On Mondays, you can dive into the fun at 9am or 2pm, depending on your preference. And if you have a special occasion in mind, you even have the option to hire the entire pool for a birthday celebration or family gathering. How cool is that? Gift vouchers are also available if you want to surprise a special someone with a unique swimming experience.
Now, it's essential to note that the Friday baby swims will be taking a short break in January, but fear not—they will be back weekly starting from Friday 16th February. In the meantime, the Monday and Wednesday baby swims will continue as usual in Jan/Feb, ready to welcome you and your little ones at 9am and 2pm. Alongside these sessions, the Water Creatures Academy of Swimming offers lessons from 10am to 2pm, giving you even more opportunities to make a splash!
Participating in this fantastic event comes at a cost of £15.00 per session. But remember, safety first! Please be aware that there are no lifeguards or swimming instructors on duty, so swim at your own risk. It's always a good idea to embrace the buddy system and ensure you have an extra set of eyes watching over your precious little swimmers.
