Harwood Golf Club

Located on the edge of the West Pennine Moors in Bolton, Harwood Golf Club, run by John Harwood, offers an 18-hole course that's perfect for societies, visitors, and members. The course has scenic countryside views and provides a great golfing challenge.

Safety is a priority at Harwood Golf Club. They've been awarded the SafeGolf award from England Golf, updated their Safeguarding Policies, and appointed a Welfare Officer, Lucille Grime, for any concerns.

Winter hours can vary. The kitchen serves meals on Sundays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on Tuesdays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The bar opens at noon on Sundays with varying closing times, and hours extend during events.

Harwood Golf Club has various membership options. Adult male memberships start at £793 for 5, 6, and 7 days, while females can have a 7-day membership for £742. Juniors can join for as little as £40. Families can join, with children getting free memberships. A social membership is £30, giving access to the bar, restaurant, and social events. Country membership for those living over 50 miles away is £412. Students get a full membership for £309, and associates have a flexible option at £350. CASC memberships are also available at low costs.

For those aged 19 to 35, intermediate memberships start at £361 for males. A second club membership for those already in another golf club costs £200, with 7-day access excluding summer competitions. Corporate packages start at £770.
