The club is run by a dedicated committee, consisting of Linda Berry as the Fixtures Administrator, Alan Baxter as the Men's Vice Captain, John Wilson as the Maintenance Administrator, Steve Humphrey as the Welfare Officer, Joe Oleszko as the Social Secretary, George Berry as the Vice Chairman, and a position vacant for the Men's Captain. Jennifer Monks serves as the Ladies Vice Captain, with Betty Cornish as the Treasurer, and a position vacant for the Ladies Captain. The committee works together to ensure the smooth operation of the club and to create a welcoming environment for all members.

Harwich Indoor Bowls Club offers a variety of playing sessions throughout the week. On Mondays, there is a free roll-up session that is available for booking, as well as men's pairs and ladies triples sessions that are also free for booking. Tuesdays feature another free roll-up session, followed by 3 Wood Pairs and Mixed Triples sessions that are available for booking. Wednesdays offer a free roll-up session and additional booking options.

Thursdays consist of a roll-up session, as well as mixed triples sessions that are free for booking. Fridays include additional booking options and mixed triples sessions that are free for booking. Saturdays and Sundays offer a mix of free roll-up sessions, matches, and booking options. Please refer to the fixture lists on the notice boards and the Rink Reservation book in the reception area for specific match details and additional booking information.

To become a member of Harwich Indoor Bowls Club, there are various fees and subscriptions required. Playing members are required to pay an annual subscription fee of 65. Non-playing members have a subscription fee of 10, and there is an additional 5 fee for an annual locker. Rink fees per session are 3 for full members and 4 for non-members.
