After completing my degree, I pursued a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning, further honing my skills and knowledge in the field.
With over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach, I have had the privilege of working with thousands of clients and transforming their lives. My reputation precedes me, and many of my clients choose to work with me because of the personalised and individualised approach I take with each of them.
If you're looking for One-To-One Personal Training, I offer my services in the heart of Liverpool Street, London. We will work closely together to curate a bespoke package tailored to your lifestyle and goals. With my expertise and research-backed methods, we will not only help you achieve the best physical shape of your life but also focus on maximising fat loss and muscle gain. Throughout our time together, I will educate you on the principles and means of what we are doing, ensuring that you have the knowledge and understanding to sustain your results for life.
As a One-To-One client, you will have access to multiple face-to-face sessions per week. I also provide body composition analysis, nutritional guidance, weekly online check-ins, and performance reports to ensure that we are consistently tracking your progress.
If you are not able to work with me in person, I also offer Online Coaching for clients who have experience in Resistance Training. This option is designed to accommodate your busy schedule and can be delivered through our HJ Coaching App. You'll receive weekly check-ins and have the opportunity for ad-hoc One-To-One sessions if you are closer to London.
