Kaitlyn, the organizer, would like to share some exciting news about the Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre in Saskatoon. This well-loved facility, originally built in 1975, is gearing up for a significant upgrade to better serve everyone.

The centre, known for its public swimming pool, fitness centre, and various recreational amenities, has always been a hub for families and fitness enthusiasts alike. The pool area, with its lap lanes, leisure pool, water slides, and hot tub, offers something for swimmers of all abilities. The fitness centre, equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and a range of exercise classes, continues to support community members in achieving their health goals.

Kaitlyn is particularly proud of the wide variety of programs available. From swim lessons and aqua fitness classes to parent and tot programs, there’s truly something for everyone. The centre also hosts special events, competitions, and community gatherings throughout the year, making it a cornerstone of local activity.

While the facility is being upgraded, Kaitlyn assures you that all the beloved programs and services will still be available at other leisure centres in Saskatoon. This transition ensures that everyone can stay active and engaged without interruption. The construction process is scheduled to start on May 20, 2024, and is expected to take approximately 24 months to complete.
