Harlow Outdoor Gym is a state-of-the-art fitness facility located within Harlow Town Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country. Covering over 160 acres of beautiful green space, the gym offers a unique outdoor workout experience in a picturesque setting. Designed by Dame Sylvia Crowe, the park is a Grade II listed site and has received a Green Flag Award for the last 7 years in a row, recognising its high quality.
