Harikishan's journey in dance began at the age of 3 in Kerala, India, where he developed fluency in Bharatanatyam, Mohiniyattam, and Kuchipudi. Over the years, he has collaborated with renowned choreographers and dancers, both in India and abroad, showcasing his talent and creativity. His works have been featured at prestigious dance festivals in India, UK, Canada, and the USA, earning him recognition and acclaim in the international dance community.

In addition to his roles at Regatta Kala Kendra, Harikishan is also a Co-founder of ATAM arts Collective, an Associate Artistic Director at Anandam Dance Theatre, and a Co-Director at SADAC-South Asian Dance Alliance of Canada. His commitment to advancing the art of South Asian dance is further supported by his partnerships with leading arts organizations and funders, including the Metcalf Foundation, Canada Council for the Arts, and the Ontario Arts Council.
