Welcome to HappyFit! HappyFit Personal Training for Ladies is owned and operated by Helen, a fully qualified Fitness Instructor based in Ingatestone, Essex. Helen's mission is to provide personal training to women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Using a wide range of training techniques, Helen aims to make exercise enjoyable and achievable for everyone, whether they are completely new to exercise or looking to improve their fitness levels.
She wants her clients to have fun with exercise so that it becomes a part of their everyday routine, rather than just another chore.
The HappyFit Studio offers a welcoming environment for women to exercise. Recognising that not everyone enjoys working out in public gyms, Helen provides personal training in her own private studio located in central Ingatestone. Sessions can be booked on a one-to-one basis or in pairs for those who prefer to work out with a friend. Additionally, Helen is also available to bring HappyFit to clients' homes if they prefer.
As a fully qualified level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer, Helen is equipped to help clients achieve their goals. Whether it's weight loss, running a 10k race, or simply improving energy levels and adopting healthier eating habits, Helen is committed to providing the necessary tools to make clients feel better about themselves and gain confidence in their body and mind.
HappyFit offers a free, no-obligation consultation where clients can discuss their goals, previous exercise history, and preferences. The price for one-to-one personal training sessions is 35 per session, or clients can book 8 sessions for 250. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash/card at the beginning of the block of sessions. Each personal training session lasts for 1 hour, and cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
