With 15 years of experience under her belt, Rhiannon knows how to push people just the right way. And Marie, clocking in over 30 years of running and fully qualified as a Fitness Instructor, adds her passion to the mix. They've both led successful Couch to 5k projects with Hereford & Worcester Sports Partnership and trained with England Athletics.
Marie and Rhiannon's journey began with a family entry in the Race for Life. Back then, none of them had run before, but the experience of training together and completing the 5k sparked their love for running. Now, they want to help others experience that same joy and accomplishment.
