This tumbling class is designed for athletes who have completed walkover classes (or can do walkovers) and focuses on teaching drills and techniques for both front and back handspring skills, including variations and combinations using these skills.
Plenty of equipment and drills available to safely progress students through the body shapes and phases of the skill until they can safely achieve independently. Handsprings are a fun skill that so many students are excited to learn but we need to ensure adequate skill progression is present leading up to attending this class.
