In 2020, we expanded our offerings with the introduction of the POWERPIT, a specialised section focused on powerlifting and strength training. Designed for those looking to improve their strength and excel in the sports of powerlifting and strongman, the POWERPIT is equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and expert trainers.
In August 2022, the Dyson family handed over the reins to Sam and Lian Murphy, who are committed to continuing the legacy of excellence at Hammer Strength. With their passion for fitness and dedication to the gym's values, Sam and Lian are leading our facility into a bright future.
Our team at Hammer Strength is composed of knowledgeable and experienced individuals who are here to guide and motivate you on your fitness journey. From our personal trainers like Jack Ryman and Emily Sahar, to our gym manager Mia Moffatt, each member of our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
At Hammer Strength, we offer various memberships to suit your needs and budget. Our Diamond Membership provides you with full access to our gym, POWERPIT, sauna, group fitness classes, and the expertise of our personal trainers. If you prefer a standard gym experience, our Platinum Membership grants you access to our gym and sauna, while our Gold and Silver Memberships offer access to the gym and POWERPIT or the gym only, respectively.
We also offer discounts for FIFO workers, students, emergency services, currently serving ADF members, and veterans. To avail these discounts, simply visit our gym with proof of eligibility.
