At Hamilton Pilates Studio, we specialise in Mat Pilates classes, which are designed to improve core strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, and tone. In order to ensure personalised attention and effective instruction, our classes are limited to a maximum of 14 clients. Our skilled instructors closely monitor each individual to ensure they are achieving the objectives of the exercises. Additionally, we incorporate the use of small equipment such as foam rollers, balls, and pilates circles to enhance the effectiveness of the workouts.
Pilates is more than just exercise; it is a holistic practise that can help relieve pain, tension, and discomfort in the body. By focusing on quality of movement over quantity of repetitions, we offer clients of all ages a whole body workout that enhances body performance and optimises well-being.
In addition to Pilates, we also offer a variety of other classes and workshops. Our Yoga classes provide a mindful and rejuvenating experience, while our Dance classes cater specifically to children. Our Glow Bambino classes offer a unique and fun workout experience for both children and parents. We also host workshops on the WimHof Method and Sound Bath, adding to the diversity of wellness practises available at our studio.

Hamilton Pilates Studio was founded in 2007 by Debbie Johnson, an osteopath who previously worked at Hamilton Osteopathy Clinic. The studio is now under new management, with Nicola Rooney at the helm. Our dedicated team of instructors brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our classes and workshops.
