Halifax Tars RFC also has a strong Senior Women's team that competes in the Rugby Nova Scotia Union (RNS) league. Our women's team has been growing steadily over the past few years and has achieved great success on the pitch. Our women's team provides a supportive and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players. We strive to promote women's rugby in Halifax and Nova Scotia and offer opportunities for women to develop their skills and compete at a high level.
In addition to our Senior Men and Women's teams, Halifax Tars RFC is also proud to have a Mini rugby contingent. Our Mini rugby program is designed for kids aged 6-12 and focuses on teaching the fundamentals of rugby in a fun and safe environment. We believe in developing young players and instilling a love for the game from a young age.
