What training do you offer?

We meet on Wednesday evenings for an hour's run, with two groups so runners of different abilities and fitness levels can join in. We also meet on Saturday mornings for a longer run, normally away from Haldon but still off-road.

Where and when do you meet?

Unless otherwise stated on our training calendar, we meet in the main car park at Haldon Forest Park for a 6:30pm start on Wednesdays. We also meet on Saturday mornings for a longer run.

How can I join or try a session?

We are always open to new members, and you can come along to a Wednesday night session for a trial. You can also contact the secretary to find out more about membership.
