Every week, Sensei Gabi and her team offer 8 fun and dynamic classes for kids, teenagers, and adults. Families can watch the action in their clean and spacious facility, which is easily reachable by foot, public transport, or car.
Founded by the experienced Sensei Gabi, who has been practising Kyokushin Karate and mixed martial arts since 2004, HAITO offers a unique blend of traditional martial arts and effective self-defence techniques. Sensei Gabi’s approach ensures each class is not only about karate but also about real-world self-defence.

Frequently Asked Questions
We offer Kids Karate (5 to 9 years), Juniors Karate (10 to 13 years), and Seniors Karate (14+ years), supporting a strong mind and body through Kyokushin Karate.
Kids train Monday to Friday 17:30 to 18:20. Juniors train Mon/Wed/Fri 18:30 to 19:30, and Tue/Thu 18:30 to 20:00. Seniors have scheduled sessions shown in the program times.
You can start with a 1-week free trial by selecting your program and using the registration form to set your trial starting day, then complete the required fields.
