For under 5's, Sarah has created fun and interactive classes, including parent and toddler free play sessions for crawlers to 3 years old, giving parents a chance to bond with their little ones.

Recreational classes for boys and girls aged 4 and above focus on fitness, flexibility, and coordination, while promoting self-confidence and social interaction. The coaching team at Hadleigh Stars includes former 2-time Olympic and British national gymnasts, offering top-notch guidance and support.
Visitors must follow a few entry rules: gymnasts arrive pre-dressed with minimal outer clothes and slip-on shoes, bring a water bottle (water only), and wait in their vehicles until class time. Parents can either drop off their children, wait outside, or relax in the club's coffee shop with a view of the activities – just make sure to purchase something if you're using the space.
Upon entry, gymnasts register and follow their coaches' guidance. Each group has their own set of clothing boxes and water bottle carriers to stay organised. At the end of class, gymnasts leave one group at a time through the fire exit to ensure safety.
All classes must be pre-booked and paid for online before the term or class starts. In light of Covid-19, please stay home if you or someone in your household has symptoms, is vulnerable, or in isolation. Sarah and the team prioritise health and safety, adhering to all necessary precautions.
