At Gyros Gymnastics is designed for children ranging in age from 18 months to 3 years old, accompanied by their parent or caregiver. This 45-minute class focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and balance through fun and engaging activities. Children and parents will have the opportunity to bond while exploring the world of gymnastics in a safe and supportive environment.
Preschool Gymnastics 1 hour (3 to 5 years) Our Preschool Gymnastics program is tailored for children between the ages of 3 to 5 years old. This 1-hour class introduces young children to basic gymnastics skills such as rolling, jumping, and balance. Our experienced coaches create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where children can build confidence and develop physical literacy.
Recreational Gymnastics 1 hour (6 to 12 years) Our Recreational Gymnastics program caters to children aged 6 to 12 years old, providing them with the opportunity to learn and progress in the sport of gymnastics. This 1-hour class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and agility, while also teaching fundamental gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Children will develop coordination, discipline, and teamwork in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Competitive Gymnastics Women's Artistic Level Gyros Gymnastics offers a competitive gymnastics program for female athletes who demonstrate the skill and passion to compete at the Women's Provincial Artistic Gymnastics Level. Our experienced coaches work closely with athletes to refine their techniques, build strength and flexibility, and prepare them for competitions at the provincial level.
