Led by Master Trainer Rita Renha from Gyrotonic Brasil, participants will explore the foundations of Gyrokinesis level 1 exercises and gain valuable teaching skills to share with others.
Throughout the course, Master Trainer Rita Renha will guide participants through a detailed understanding of the exercises in the Gyrokinesis level 1 format 1 & 2 classes. By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and tools to effectively teach these sequences to students.
Upon successful completion of the Gyrokinesis Level 1 Foundation Course, attendees will receive the title of Gyrokinesis Level 1 Apprentice, enabling them to lead Gyrokinesis classes as an apprentice. This apprenticeship license is valid for one year, during which attendees will fulfill all requirements and complete the Gyrokinesis Final Certificate Course.
