Gym Rox

Welcome to Gym Rox, a Gymnastics centre located in Brentwood. Our mission is to provide a fun and safe learning environment for individuals of all ages and abilities. We offer a wide range of classes that help children achieve their full potential while keeping fit and learning in an appropriate facility, under the guidance of fully qualified coaches.

At Gym Rox, we pride ourselves on offering classes for a diverse range of ages and abilities. All our classes follow the guidelines set by British Gymnastics and aim to showcase the incredible sport of Gymnastics. We not only focus on skill progression in various areas, but also foster a sense of team spirit and community among our participants. Our sessions cover skills on Floor, Beam, Bar, Vault, Trampette, air floor, and Tumbling.

Additionally, all gymnasts work towards the British Gymnastics Award scheme (badges) every term to showcase their progress and achievements.

For toddlers aged 0–5 years, we offer Gym Rox Tots, where they can have a blast and burn off some energy. Our toddler sessions are based on Gymnastics equipment but also include bouncy castles, soft play, and a variety of activities suitable for babies up to age 5. We create a relaxed and fun atmosphere where children can develop confidence, explore new activities, and improve their strength and coordination while playing.

For more advanced participants, we have an Acrobatics and tumbling squad that trains three days a week and competes at the regional level. Gymnasts who show exceptional potential have the opportunity to train with our elite squad. Our Acro team also takes part in festivals, badge programmes, and friendly competitions throughout the year.

Please note that our classes are held at two different venues: The Brentwood Centre and Anglo European School in Ingatestone. Most of our classes have a waiting list, so if you would like to join, please contact us with your child's details. We also organise Fun Days for both members and non-members to take part in.
