Through their training sessions, members not only work on their gymnastics skills but also improve their overall fitness levels. The club's experienced coaches guide students through exercises and routines that help them build a strong and healthy body.
FUNDAMENTALS While the club aims to foster a love for gymnastics and promote physical fitness, it also focuses on teaching fundamental skills. From basic movements and positions to more advanced techniques, students are given the opportunity to develop a solid foundation in gymnastics. These fundamental skills not only help them progress in the sport but also serve as building blocks for other physical activities and sports.
The Prince Albert Gymnastics Club is proud to be a non-profit organization, led by a dedicated volunteer Board of Directors and supported by a team of passionate staff members. The facility is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including two in-ground trampolines and a foam pit. The club is committed to continuously improving and upgrading its equipment to provide the best possible training environment for its members.
The club's mission is to be a positive influence in the community by providing a safe and welcoming space for youth to learn and grow through gymnastics. Parents and students alike are encouraged to communicate any concerns or questions they may have, as the club values their involvement and support.
