Our qualified coaches are here to provide a socially inclusive and safe environment for everyone. Whether you're just starting out or have dreams of competing on the national or international stage, our program is designed to cater to your individual needs.
For our youngest gymnasts aged walking to 2.5 years old, we have the Little EdGym program. It's a play-based, parent-assisted program that focuses on stimulating gross and fine motor skills, imagination, and play. Your little one will have a blast climbing, jumping, rolling, swinging, and engaging in general movement activities in a safe and educational environment.
If your child is aged 2.5 to 4 years, they can join our EdGym pre-school gymnastics program. This program, also parent-assisted, allows children to explore various activities that will enhance their physical development. They'll have the chance to use age-appropriate equipment and progress at their own pace without any pressure to meet specific standards.
For 4-5 year olds who are ready to follow instructions without parent assistance, we offer the IntroGym program. In this one-hour class, we focus on building self-esteem, confidence, listening skills, body awareness, and basic body shapes applicable to various sports. It's a fun and safe environment where children will have individual gymnastics goals set for them and be encouraged to work towards achieving those goals.
If your child is between 6–14 years old, our GymSafe program is perfect for them. This ten-level program aims to teach important life skills such as confidence, self-esteem, discipline, body awareness, strength, and flexibility. We cover all apparatus and provide a solid foundation for other sports. Our non-competitive format allows participants to learn and progress at their own pace. Each child will be placed in a level based on their age and experience, and they'll be assessed at the end of every term.
