Our DELT class is a well-rounded session that covers cardio, bodyweight exercises, and strength training. For those seeking a high-intensity workout that combines weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio, our CrossFit class is ideal. Motion is our class specifically designed for flexibility, joint strength, and stability.
We also offer a Run Club that includes a mix of distance running, track workouts, hill training, and drills. Additionally, we have an Open Gym option for members to perfect skills, catch up on missed classes, or create their own workouts.
We invite individuals to experience a free trial at Gymnasium Brixton. By selecting a class and time, filling in and submitting the form, potential members can get a taste of our inclusive and supportive fitness community. Athletica and Stronger are two beginner-friendly classes offered during the trial period.
